After the Visit...

The Museum's publications enable one to prolong the pleasure of the visit, to learn more about a subject, or for the experts, to complete their documentation center.

In the same spirit as the Museum itself, all publics can find something of interest.

The transfer of knowledge to all communities is an important objective, the uninitiated public, amateurs, as well as members of the scientific community.

The publications are divided into five categories

Collections at a Glance
These prestigious publications illustrate and give an overview of the Confluence Museum's permanent collections. Periodicity: one per year.

Exhibitions at a Glance
These distinctive thematic publications are targeting the general public who are the primary exhibition visitors. Periodicity: four publications per year.

Science Perspective

These specialized theme publications on scientific subjects target amateurs and experts.

Periodicity: two publications per year.

Scientific Journals

Edited by the Confluence Museum, the Scientific Journals are summaries of articles, highlights about the collections, information relative to the work conducted by the Conservation and Research of Collections Center by the researchers...

Periodicity: semi-annually.

Museum Newsletter

In the form of a newsletter, paper or electronic, the newsletter creates a permanent link with the Museum and its publics, gives information on the cultural programs and events, in addition to related events taking place outside the Museum.

Periodicity: four issues per year (at the minimum).

Build the Diffusion of Museum's Reputation

These publications contribute to knowledge transfer; in addition they play an equally important role in confirming the Museum's reputation, strengthening the status with the scientific community worldwide.

From this perspective, the Museum has two important advantages:

- the publication partners, from the scientific, cultural, industrial and pedagogical communities;

- a competent team which enables one to claim a place in museum publications.
