Since 2002, regional and national institutions and businesses have decided to commit to the

Confluence Museum

project for several reasons:

- It is necessary to endow the region with a "think tank," a pole of reflection where one can confront ideas about the relationship between the sciences and society, creating a place to debate the modern challenges.

- The Sciences and Societies pole, around which the Confluence Museum is established, wants to be an educational center of reflection and discussion where one can discuss ideas, propagating a scientific, technical and industrial culture, open to all.

The Patrons Club's objectives are to make known, to explain and to promote this ambitious cultural project.

The Patrons Club provides support to the Museum in different ways:

- The Club gives recommendations and advice to the Confluence Museum. Thanks to their networks, the enterprises will help develop new publics for the museum.  In other words, the Club's members will actively participate in growing the publics and in creating loyalty.

- They will help from a technical perspective in certain areas, thanks to their know-how, their manpower, and they will provide materials enhancing the presentation and illustration of the themes.

Today the Confluence Museum's Patrons Club has 40 members.

The Confluence Museum contributes to enhancing the image and reinforcing the strategic choices of its business partners.
